Fresh creamy buffalo cheese, heirloom tomato, golden and red beets, avacado, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic

EGGPLANT INVOLTINI (veg)   

Grilled eggplant, stuffed goat cheese, sun dried tomato, basil, pink marinara sauce

ARUGULA SALAD (veg.)

Organic baby arugula, golden and red beets, almond, goat cheese, orange citrus-truffle vinaigrette

Dijon mustard marinated, prime filet mignon, Half wrapped pastry dough, shitake mushroom, bordelaise sauce, truffle mashed potato, vegetables

LOBSTER SPAGHETTI AND PRAWNS

Smoked paprika, asparagus, creamy dill white wine

BOUILLABASE

Jumbo prawns, scallops, grilled salmon, Mediterranean mussels, Manila clams, calamari, saffron,  white wine, garlic crostini

STEAK FRITES

Grilled angus rib-eye, shiitake mushrooms, Marsala wine, truffle fries

CORDON BLEU

Free range, organic chicken breast, stuffed smoked ham, fontina cheese, creamy dill white wine, seasonal vegetable, parsnip puree

HEART SHAPED CHEESE RAVIOLI (veg)

Fresh pasta colored with paprika, filled with ricotta, gorgonzola and piquant provolone

DESSERTS

TIRAMISU  

Coffee and zabaglione cream on layer of espresso soaked sponge cake, cocoa powder

TRUFFLE MARQUISE MOUSSE CAKE

Decadent dark truffle mousse, hint of hazelnut, mini chocolate bar

Mixed berry gelato with a hint of lemon juice, swirled with raspberry sauce
